Shipping Policy


Most orders are processed within 24-48 hours of receipt. (Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.)

Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays).

www.murad.com.my accepts orders being shipped to Malaysia & Brunei. To order from other countries, contact your nearest Murad International Distributor

Standard Shipping(Free)

Orders shipped via Standard Shipping are delivered within 3-5 business days from the order's ship date. Standard Shipping is free nationwide.

Please note: Orders outside Peninsular Malaysia might take 7-10 business days depending on the courier service.

Priority Shipping

Orders shipped via Priority Shipping are delivered within 1-3 business days from ship date. Additional shipping charges will be charged.

Return Policy


We offer a 30-day money back guarantee (from received date) for defective products. E.g. (Faulty pump, discoloration)

Email your intent for a product return to wecare@murad.com.my. Once we’ve confirmed the defect and approved your return request, please ship the product(s) back to us and we’ll refund you the return shipping cost as well as deliver you the replacement product(s).

The estimated refund time is 10-15 business days from the receipt date. We recommend that you ship via courier so that you’ll receive a confirmation once the package is delivered. Keep proof of return as this will act as your “insurance policy” in the event that there are any discrepancies.
